To facilitate the request for TA from ACB, the following are recommended:

1. The ACB-NCPs shall initiate the request for the TA from ACB through their respective ASOEN Chair.  The country ASOEN Chair shall endorse the request (Annex 3 : Cover Page).
2. The request should indicate the activities for which the TA is intended for, including a brief description of each and timelines, expected deliverables, and budgetary requirement (Annex 4: Activity Design).
3. The total budget should also indicate counterpart funding  of at least twenty percent (20%) of the total cost (~USD1,500.00), and other sources of fund.
